I have a tattoo of the Family Prayer under my left bicep and I also have a tattoo on my right arm that is about 2 inches above my elbow. As well as 2 tattoos on my back.
There are NO waivers for non-prior service officers with tattoos and never have been.
Any officer you see in any service with a tattoo started off enlisted and came up through the ranks (“Mustang'). Even for those officers any visible tattoo meant that they cannot be promoted beyond the rank of O-4 – Major in the USMC or Lieutenant Commander in the Navy.
You cannot enter the USMC commissioning program with tattoos unless you are already enlisted and have served in the Marines for at least one enlistment. Even then a waiver is highly unlikely.
Find another career path because your choice to follow a stupid fad has closed the door for you permanently on your idea of becoming a Marine officer or an officer in any other branch.
