Does anyone know who the youngest tattoo artist in the world ever was? Can you point me to information about him/her? Please and thank you.
I'm sure there are lots of kids who use the ol sewing needle and permanent marker technique to ink devil heads and pentagrams on their buddies in elementary and jr. high! =P
And no, I don't know who the youngest tattoo artist is! =(
